Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information you choose to include, which we use to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time stamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand use of the Long Branch reference pages. Cookies or related tools can support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use the limited information described here to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links can take you to Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey, library, archive, and outside search services. The recipient's policy governs anything submitted after leaving this site. That includes sponsored search results provided by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
New Jersey's data privacy law, P.L.2023 c.266 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., provides privacy concepts for covered data practices, including access, correction, deletion, sale, and targeted-advertising choices. Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. A deed, court, tax, or other public record held by a New Jersey custodian is outside our control and must use that custodian's process.
Policy Changes
We will post any revision here. Continued use after a posted update is acceptance of the revised policy.
